I didnt see that skit, but a couple of months ago the show opened with Bush in the Oval Office talking about how the French were upset with his "Axis of Evil" speech. He then said "Guess what France, you just made the list. How you like those apples France."

Yes, I watched SNL for a while Saturday night(first time in a while) and found it to be quite funny.
