Heard on Quinn this morning, there was a plot uncovered that the North Koreans would denotnate a nuke or dirty bomb in NYC, with the intent of screwing our economy, with cover of al queda to protect them. Bush Admin found out and made plans (which were leaked to Chinese spies) that they would get samples of the material, trace it to the source (Russia or China) find out who did it (Iraq, Iran, N Korean) then launch a full scale, ICBM nuke response. Word got back to N.Korea and the event did not happen. This could all be grade A bullshit, but it might not.
Its reading stuff like that that makes me realize how close we are to losing this country...What would Al Gore have done as President...Can you see him convincing the Chinese that We would have the intestinal fortitude to Nuke a major power?
