Even though I was not involved at all in the planning nor execution of this mega-FReep, Patriots Rally, I truly empathize with how disappointed some of them may feel that the turnout wasn't any better than it was

Not a single one of us are disappointed - we all have talked many times over the phone and have been in constant contact via FReepmail since the conclusion of the rally. To a person we are very satisfied with the results and have nothing but great praise for those that showed up, those that supported us financailly, and those that gave us so much moral support before and after the rally. No empathy needed here my old friend.

I second that, Dave. The anti-war/anti-American, pro-Palestinian/pro-terrorist groups across the street on the Elipse were not unopposed. Thanks to all who stood up for America and our troops and made the Patriots Rally for America a success.

Glad to hear you guys and gals are doing okay. As I posted earlier, mega kudos to you and the rest for putting together such a great rally!

"No empathy needed here my old friend."

Should I have used the word "sympathy" instead? ;-)

P.S. on another note, as you probably assumed, some of our TRT guys were chomping at the bit to go after the anarchists and other disruptors. It was difficult for most of us to assume a defensive posture instead of our usual "seek them out, run 'em down, and destroy them" tatics. ;-)

I don't know if you noticed the blonde, hippie-type with the long braids, long dress, on Saturday. You don't see long braids too often, now-a-days, so she stood out. (Mostly, the women had 'bed hair') At one point she was giving the police a hard time, and they succeeded in ousting her.

Well, on the news last night, I had the pleasure of seeing her arrested during the scuffles at the 'banking protest'. It made my day, but it probably made her day, too! LOL!
