Earthquack rattles Northern New York, East Coast.

A 5.1 magnitude earthquack rattled Northern New York this morning around 6:00AM EST. The epicenter was Approximately 15 Miles southwest of Plattsburgh, NY, in Clinton county. Several smaller aftershocks were recorded minutes after, with the main quack lasting 20-25 seconds. No deaths or major injuries at this time, although several roads have collapsed and all bridges throughout the county will be inspected by DOT officials.

"Earthquack" isn't a bad description, when you think of it: there's a quack in earth's qusst,which makes the earth quiver like quazy. People quawl awound,getting queasy,and yelling : " DUCK !!!"

I sure felt it, wondered who the hell was pounding on my bedroom walls at 6am.It made some pictures shake, rattle and roll.Since it was in Plattsburgh, it must be the aftershock of the Habs win over the Bruins on Thursday night ;-)
