I was listening to WTVN 610 AM (Columbus, OH) this evening. They were interviewing Kenneth Timmerman about his book Shakedown. He apologized for delaying the start of his interveiw as he had to talk to his editor at Insight Magazine about meeting his deadline for this story to break on Friday morning (4/19/02). He commented that the story will present evidence that the Clinton Administration and the FBI covered-up information linking Timothy McVey and Middle Eastern Terrorists. Timmerman stated that Clinton wanted to pin all of the blame on Right-Wing Extremists.
I am in sunny California this week just trying to CHILL OUT.... but I find that there are
Liberals all around me.
Liberals surround me.
Liberals gonna drown me.
Send ammo, running out! HA HA HA
Honestly I would like to just shoot them with a pop gun that hits them in the butt with a small round piece of cork. Just to watch them jump up and scream and run off down the sidewalk. You should see them, it is EASY to spot them! This is a college town, Liberal professors everywhere. YUCK! You should see their local college newspaper, ALL LIBERAL JARGON!
Can we chew gum and walk at the same time? I think so. Is Ashcroft so wrapped up in the war on terrorism that he is unable to uphold other laws? Is his staff that small? Are the American people that unable to handle two crises at once? Your logic is flawed pal. The difference between you and me is that I follow moral principles while you follow the "(R)" after the candidate's name.
We are in the midst of a war, or did u miss that? Taking the alleged moral high ground to vote for some 3rd party guy, who will garner a few thousand votes is no different than voting for a democrat, because it takes a vote away from the GOP. it's people like u who got clinton elected in the first place. Ross PErot ring a bell, in 92?
The majority of of the voting electorate voted for Clinton pal. Do not blame me for a corrupt and immoral and clueless population. I vote my principles and my conscience. I will not vote for a man who does not uphold the law - who turns a blind eye to corruption, who refuses to cleanse our agencies from Clinton appointees, who refuses to investigate crimes that damaged our nation to an immeasurable degree, who tries to tell me that "Islam is peace," whose policy on terrorism is characterized by hypocrisy (Israel), who endorsed gubernatorial candidates in the primaries who are openly liberal, who appoints homosexual activists to government posts, and last but not least - who is a GLOBALIST at heart who wants to take more of my freedom away. I could go on and on. Try looking at the truth for once instead of your blind loyalty to the "(R)".
This thread amazes me. First one I've perused on this topic (and I'm only about half way through the thread). It's striking though ... I'd expect a lot more tin foil hat condemnations, but recall only one posted and that by an evident liberal. In my mind, this gives a lot of credibility to the theory of a Muslim terror connection which I'd never seriously considered before (except in those awful hours following the bombing when the reports were that one or more Middle Eastern looking men were observed in the vicinity immediately prior to the explosion(s)).
Based on what's been said (and the Insight piece which is out now and I've read), I'm still not convinced, although I'm certainly open to possibilities given the calibur of those FReepers who've weighed in on the topic.
I'd be grateful if you would email me what you have on the Downside Legacy. I'll FReepmail my addy to you.
Thanks and have a GREAT weekend!
What's your beef with the Michigan Militia? Do you know any MM members? Can you name one "freakish" thing the MM has ever done? Or do you lock in your opinions after reading the New York Times or Time Magazine?
I've met a dozen, or so, MM members; not a law breaker among them (or freak, for that matter). I subscribed to their newsletter for awhile; no radical ideology, no illegal acts discussed.
What branch of the government do you work for that you're spouting the company line so faithfully?
But, at the top of the list in treasonous, delusional bastard Clinton's legacy - is:
The Middle East connection to Oklahoma City is not developed on the Downside Legacy. We have tackled a number of issues as research projects, but that wasn't one of them.
Freeper OKCSubmariner probably has everything on the subject you could want, so I'm giving him a heads up here!
LOL!
Your talking about the media that said nothing about Clinton's Enron connections. You know, how he played Golf with Kenneth Lay. How Kennith Lay spent nights in the Licoln bed room. How he secured Billions in loans for Enron. How Clinton and gang worked out a deal for Enron to build a power plant in India(by the way, that deal went sour leaving the US tax payers with some 300 million dollar bill.) That media? Ya,right!
And I've just started
Clearly he shamelessly capitalized on the tragic event, in almost uniquely clinton fashion. He may well have covered up Muslim connections to singularly villify right wing extremists. Wouldn't surprise me for a second. We give him way too much credit by actually suggesting he had a direct hand in the bombing.
To understate, Elohim City was awash with government informants and agents.
Add to this, Dennis Mahon, the leader of EC admitted receiving money every month from the Iraqi embassy according to Steven Jones' petition for Writ of Mandamus, filed March 25, 1997.
EC should be referred to as a government operation not militia. American government? Iraqi? Or both?
Thank you for the kind words.
May Jesus Christ keep you wrapped in His Love.
Respectfully rest my case.
Since my limited experience with the Michigan Militia didn't introduce me to any "freaks", and I never heard any of the above quotes you cite, I'm curious how you came to such negative conclusions about the MM.
Do you know any MM members? Any MOM (Militia of Montana) members? Did you see MM and MOM representatives pin Arlen Specter's ears back while giving testimony to the Senate? The "freaks" were a hell of a lot better informed then "Magic Bullet" Specter expected.
If, as I suspect, your opinions of militia members come from Time Magazine (or 60 Minutes) confession is good for the soul; but certainly not expected on an open thread. At least ask yourself; we promise not to listen.
I've seen other of your posts and this thread doesn't live up to expectations.
Better to make your case on a civil level first, and then take up the fight when you understand the other party's point of view, regardless of the extent to which you believe they are informed.
We've all been wrong. Let's not hang one just because we believe one another wrong on some point.
