If Klayman won, why wouldn't he tell callers who have asked him about it on radio shows, rather than let this rumor continue? Why wouldn't he say, "And we, of course, were right and the court heard all the testimony and ruled in our favor?" Or did he, once again, settle? Don't try the keeping it private thing. It's out there. The only reason to keep it quiet is because it's embarassing to him.

What makes you think THEY are lying? What proof do YOU have that THEY are lying? Who knows, maybe Larry thought his grandmother still had some money and when he found out she had given it to her daughter, he sued.

BTW, there were SEVERAL people who signed affadavits backing the Mother's side; are they ALL lying? Why would they?

I don't know what to make of it all, howlin. It just seems to me that when you got your mother on the ropes, you have to go in for the kill. If a man hesitates or falters at a moment like that, then he's probably capable of caving into the IRS.

So, I'm still holding out hope that there was no settlement in that case. But I have to admit that no one is giving me much assurance.

Because this lawsuit really was and is none of our business! This was not a lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch, but by Larry Klayman as a person and private American citizen.

Because he said from the very beginning, that was a PRIVATE matter. Of course someone like you who doesn't appear to think anything wrong was done in Filegate wouldn't understand that. Now why don't you tell us the motivation for the left leaning Washington Post not announcing who won? Why don't you tell us why you think the Washington Post is a credible source of ANYTHING?

You can't even identify a single untruth in his press releases and court documents on Chinagate, Filegate, Emailgate, the Riady non-refund and the death of Brown. I've asked you to do so a number a times and all you've done is RUN. Klayman seems to have a pretty good track record for telling the truth ... at about the same time that the smear article you posted came out.
