Interesting, could lend some credence to the injury/health explanation-I don't think we have an AWAC in the area so maybe the small plane wasn't tracking on military radar if it was flying low enough..

That's right. I think the Accutane kid from Tampa's family changed their last name to Americanize it or something. He was of Arab descent. In Milan, maybe the new way to crash into a bldg is to call in an SOS first to do harm but to avoid a counter-attack. Wait for the posters in the arab countries in a few days, and the t-shirts.

Maybe the pilot was a sympathizer or had a fatal disease so wanted to die anyway so what the hey? A pilot of 30 years would not steer into the middle of the tallest building for miles. I've seen the figures of 8% for France, 5 % for Denmark, and 13% for Italy in multiple places, both in articles posted to FR and otherwise. And 2100 is the "target date" (if you will) when the entire EU is supposed to show a bare Muslim majority. Again, that's if the immigration rates and reproduction rates of native groups and immigrants remain unchanged. You might try Pipes for the graphs, but like I say, the figures have been quoted in various sources. Click on my name and check my bookmarks ; I may have bookmarked some of those articles before the bookmarking system here changed or was pulled or whatever happened to it.

They're not my figures. I have seen articles and graphs posted to FR, from European sources, giving Italy and Spain a Muslim majority population by around 2040, with France and Denmark and other more northerly countries "achieving" that state somewhere between 2040-2100. Apparently, the countries over there are beginning to get concerned about high levels of Muslim immigration, and their census bureaus are running the figures to try to panic Europeans into breeding. (Maybe they should try lowering their tax rates.)In the Danish elections, the rightwing party is using a poster of a blonde little girl, with a caption like,"By the time she retires, Denmark will be a Muslim country." If they retire at age 65, that's about 2050, which is earlier than the predictions I'd seen for that country.Frankly, I think anything they do is a little too little and a little too late. As for Italy and Spain : Apparently, most of the Muslim immigrants to Italy are from eastern and central Europe, and they can slip over pretty easily, which is why they're getting so many(and the Roma, too; lots of them are Muslim). Spain : North Africans. And the French are getting Algerians mainly, a result of their earlier empire.Germany and Austria are getting Turks. Denmark : I believe they are getting mainly Turks, and for some reason, most of the bad news on Muslim immigration is coming from them and France. (Why, I don't know.) The UK : Pakistan, and East Asians in general. The US : Supposedly , 60% of "our" Muslims at least are native Americans, mostly black. Whether that's good or not,I don't know ;that may be mainly Nation of Islam and similar groups comprising the bulk of that, and frankly, I think Farrakhan is a thug and he scares me about as much as Bin Laden. But in any case, less than 2% of our population is Muslim, and let's hope it stays that way

If the selfsearch was still pulling up a year's worth of posts, I could probably find it pretty quickly, if I'm right about me posting to the thread. It may have been posted to a thread on muslim gangrapes of European girls, or to a thread on declining EU birth rates, or to a thread on the Molluccan atrocities. I do know it was after 09/11, and either while we were waiting for an attack on Afghanistan or not long thereafter...Maybe one of those "Don't bomb us during Ramamdan" threads.While looking for it, I did find some interesting figures from 1990 but they're probably obsolete. At that time, Finland had the lowest rates of Muslim immigration and had less than 1%. But it gave KNOWN immigration rates to the EU as 1.5 million every YEAR . If that isn't including illegals, who knows how high the 1990 figures are by now, 12 years later? All of this is from Pipes, BTW, and he's the guy who tried to give a speech in WA just a few days ago, and The Religion of Peace and Tolerance tried to prevent him from even speaking.
