I've seen the figures of 8% for France, 5 % for Denmark, and 13% for Italy in multiple places, both in articles posted to FR and otherwise. And 2100 is the "target date" (if you will) when the entire EU is supposed to show a bare Muslim majority. Again, that's if the immigration rates and reproduction rates of native groups and immigrants remain unchanged. You might try Pipes for the graphs, but like I say, the figures have been quoted in various sources.
