Robert ought to watch where he points that gun. I think Diane's been through enough already. ;-)

Yes Heather was in the tv series of Logans Run..not the movie. Last I saw of Robert was on a celebrity charity edition On Who wants to be a Millionaire about a month or so ago. Heather was there in the audience supporting him.

I hate when I slip up like that (with facts). You are correct, the role of Jessica in the movie "Logan's Run" was played by Jenny Agutter opposite actor Michael York as Logan. Heather played Jessica opposite Gregory Harrison as Logan in the "Logan's Run" TV show. To me, Heather was more memorable. Thank you.

Hi there Ivan :)

As well as being an actor Robert Urich was very respectable family man, married to the same woman, Heather - one of the Sound of Music kids since 1975 and they had 3 children..... - those things don't usually come together!

He was fun to watch on TV and had more to him than most....

check out his Website with an added eulogy today (seems like it was written by him).

here's an excerpt from the ..... Eulogy
written by Robert at the time he found he had cancer ...

"Throughout my life, even when I had very little to show for it, I believed myself to possess personal power, the power of the love of my parents, the power of having had the right kinds of teachers and coaches, the power of friends and faith, the power of believing that no matter what the situation, this guy Robert Urich could deal with it. Never in my mind was there a doubt that someday I would do something significant-not just in the way of professional accomplishment, but in a way that meant something to other people".

I believe he did that to the end.
