Under the new covenant salvation is still available to all, but is no longer granted to any one nation, but to all of every nation.

This goes without saying. We are under Grace now instead of the Law.

However, this does not mean that God has not kept his covenant with Jacob. That covenant still stands.

Ezekiel 37 being interpreted as having already occurred makes no sense. I have noticed CI types who insist that this is the case. Quite the contrary. Look at the verses about the "sticks." Israel, Judea becoming one again, and being repopulated from the Children of Jacob that were dispersed throughout the entire world.

I won't argue because we can't agree because you are taking scripture as being written to you and not for you. You see prophecy where I see history.

I guess that's why they have distinctions such as Futurist, Historist, Idealist, Preterist, etc. No matter how much we discuss it, the differing views don't allow convergance. But I can see the points made in relation to that view, and hopefully you can see mine.

Once upon a time I believed as you do, then after much study of history and the bible (which is an inspired, historical book), I woke up and shucked the Futurist view as incorrect, and incoherent with history and the bible.
