They don't plan on conforming to our culture. I see a bad moon rising.Siddiqui charged in his letter that "Daniel Pipes has in the past, suggested getting rid of Muslims in America, he has declared that Muslims and Islam are incompatible with the 'civilized west.' He has on many occasions, warned America of the 'Islamic threat' and suggested that Muslims should be stopped from coming to this country.
From the way that Muslims are behaving, I would agree that Muslims are incompatible with our civilization, that we most definitely should not allow any more immigration of Muslims any more than we allowed advocates of Communism to immigrate during the Cold War.

; the problem is that a majority of (Muslims) fit into his category of radicals," Chaudhry told WorldNetDaily. "What he constitutes as radicals are people who follow the traditional Islamic faith, and what he would like to see is Muslims who have a compromised version of their faith, which is compromised to the state of Israel From the mouths.....Plus contemporary Wahhabism, is not even "traditional" islam - it's a century and a half old. The masks are slipping. Virtually every mosque a Trojan Horse.

Agreed, they couldn't be bothered for rallies post 9/11 but have been coming out in droves against Israel.

If Daniel Pipes isn't walking either with an armed bodyguard of armed himself, he is taking a huge risk.
These Muslim nutjobs have proven themselves serious about silencing their opposition and killing their enemies. They are very well organized and aggressive. Pipes should be aware of precautions for his personal safety. His voice is a voice they obviously want to silence. They probably won't allow him to keep on talking sense for very long if they have anything to do about it.

I wonder if any freepers got in? I didn't hear about this or I would have gone! The most important place for Freepers to be is OUTSIDE such an event...opposing the Muslim rabble-rousers, shaping student opinion, emboldening American students comtempt for radical Islamists.
Our ultimate goal is to be able to deploy 500-1000 Freepers ANYWHERE IN THE NATION to oppose our enemies in force given only a few hours notice.

From hiduunity.com. This is said to be a picture of a Hindu being beaten in a mosque.

To copy from someone else: Nothing here folks, just move on. During the Kargil battle of 99, indian soldiers corpses returned to inja were muutilated; testicles instead of eyeballs, penis in their mouth, allah carved on their chests.

Of course it could be one of their own; a 'low' muslim or a "collaborator"

"Indeed, it is not unlike having a Nazi speak about the security of the U.S.A., or a KKK member speak about crime," No, it is not unlike having a Nazi complain about the appearance of a Holocaust scholar, or a KKK member complain about the appearance of a civil rights leader.

the problem is that a majority of (Muslims) fit into his category of radicalsPipes has always been very careful to make the distinction between "militant" Islam and "peaceful" Islam, as has Steven Emerson. This statement by an Islamic spokesperson supports his, and Emerson's, contention that the majority of mosques and Muslim organizations IN THE US are controlled by militants, and that so-called "peaceful" Muslims are scared to death to oppose them -- literally. The same goes for the Palestinians -- damned by their own if they support peace, and damned,(necessarily) by Israel if they don't.
Pipes and Emerson are courageous people whose lives are threatened daily for speaking the truth, while our State Department blithely issues 50,000 visas to non-Israeli Middle Easterners since 9/11.

I have seen Pipes ambushed by personal attacks on tv; one in particular was a very stylish, modern arab woman who ignoring the night's topic launched a nasty personal attack on him. Rename Enduring Freedom Infinite Justice. Never liked that kowtowing anyway.....

Radical Muslims You'll have to be more specific. From where I sit the Muslim mind is one. The only difference is that some are more honest about what their intentions are than others.

One could argue the only difference is in terms of their means. 'Moderates' are willing to gradually coopt their host organism (the USA) while islamatics want it now.
