They ought to execute priests who terrorize children. Until the Church gets its own act together, it should refrain from lecturing people on moral issues.

I guess some of your views are Politically Correct.

Until the Church gets its own act together, it should refrain from lecturing people on moral issues. As a Roman Catholic I agree with you. You do have a point. Abortion has always been a sin in the Catholic Church. But, before they can preach about sins they have to get rid of their own sinners and FAST! The Catholic Church needs to be purged! They should stop throwing up smoke screens!

In other words, the Church should NEVER lecture people on moral issues. That's what you really mean, isn't it? If Church waits until the time when every Catholic priest everywhere is perfect, it might as well close up shop. Do you think Jesus Christ operated under the same standard? I don't remember Him saying, "I'm going to refrain from lecturing people on moral issues until all my disciples are perfect."
When I read the original article, I thought, "Gee, I wonder how many posts it will take before some pro-abortionist says, 'Oh, yeah? Well, what about all those molesters?'" Congratulations, you filled the bill.

With your bad manners, no wonder you hav to hold your groin....you must be Michael Jackson!

Come on, pal. God is punishing the Church for its sins. No need for you to pile on. God can handle it. It's a purging and something about judgement.

Until the Church gets its own act together, it should refrain from lecturing people on moral issues. The Church has it's act together. Certain heretics within it wearing Roman collars and masquerading as priests do not. Their actions do not mitigate the doctrines and disciplines of the Catholic Church. 8.3% of the Apostles betrayed Christ for 30 pieces of silver. 91.7% did not.
