Don't think so. However, instead of Secretary of Immigration, how about I be Secretary of Migration, or Secretary of Population Placement, since I will just be moving people within and around the State of California. I want to only deal with those already in the State. I really don't want Pat Buchanan and his folk breathing down my neck!
