Sore and stiff to be sure!! Yes, headache. None of this stuff though although the dizziness (vertigo?) makes me feel kind of pukey sometimes (I get motion sick easily so that could account). Calling this morning to force my way in to the Doc's office.

You bet I'll keep praying, Starwise! I'm certain the Lord has His hand in why Bush is President for such a time as this. May he be led with wisdom and discernment. May God have His hand over the entire administration, but most especially on President Bush.

Oh Rats! I always miss all the fun! I am asleep when you all are up and up when you all are asleep. Must have been a great party! Oh well. I like German and French wine. Since it is my Spring Break my hubby and I are going to go on a day trip to Ribeauville in Alsace, France and check out their little linen outlet and then go on to Requiwhir and have some of their great food and wine. Then, maybe later this week I can stay up late and be the first on the dose.

Thanks! And we will be careful. The area we are going to is south of Strassburg and it is soooo beautiful. A castle or castle ruin on every hill. Vineyards everywhere. Storks in nests on top of steeples.

Lucky you, I'd love to be taking a day trip to the French countryside. But lucky me, I'm off to a baseball game in 3 minutes to cheer my boy on (not too loudly - must NOT embarrass him in public) :0) How do you see the present crisis from your perspective? Do the locals hate our very guts like the media would have us believe?? I'd love to hear your thoughts. Have a great safe trip. Linens?? Love the thought of some new beautiful linens - you must have a GREAT husband. :-)

Haha! My husband just doesn't know what he is getting into. It will be my eighth trip to Ribeauville and his first! The linen outlet is to die for. It has wonderful fabrics and tablecloths and other linens and it is that wonderful toile. The only area where I feel relatively safe in France is in the smaller villages of Alsace. There are more French people there instead of Algerians. Once last summer when I took my daughters to Alsace we stopped along the way to try to find a bathroom and there was a park with swimming pools and we discovered that it was some kind of Muslim retreat. That really scared me. They definitely did not like us and we didn't attempt to use their facilities.

Almost forgot the "Daily Proverbs" (Chapter 8) : It's about "wisdom" personified. Of all things, we need to pray for WISDOM for President Bush and his team especially now. God's wisdom, not man's intellectual "smarts."
