Consider this biased pro-palestinian puff piece with this recent thread:

You wanna see the use of shields: When the Palestinians were using artillary against Jewish towns, the Palestinanians would set up their guns from the roofs and yards of churches and homes in the Christian section of their settlements, so that the Israeli return fire would harm mostly non-Moslems. When attacking Israeli posts, the Arabs would come in a direct line with a (historic) church, so that Israeli return fire could be reported to the world as damaging a Christian shrine. etc.
