I don't like some of it, the constant scrolling down, from replies to my posts and down through the threads trying to see which post's have the most responses is..dizzing ugh. But the graphics are awsome and some of the customizing advantages are pretty kewl.

some of the customizing advantages are pretty kewl.

If we could customize things like font size and color for different parts of the user interface (or at least choose between old layout and new layout), I'd agree with you. The new layout is very hard to read; fonts are too small, headlines don't stand out as they should, and so on. The old layout was perfect.

There are technical aspects of the new site that are superior, so I'm certainly not suggesting throwing away all the hard work that went into it. It's nice to be notified when there are new comments to you, for instance. And the idea of customizable sidebars is good.

But the new layout just isn't very useable. [Maybe I should have used the beta more, but I tried it out twice and the style so much harder to read that I didn't go back. I mistakenly assumed that some font size customization, at least, would be added before the new FR was brought into regular service.]
