I agreed also with Option B, but with great hesitation because Israel is surrounded by lunatics (re: Iraq).

Did you know that these "suicide bomber" families are compensated for their deeds? The amount they get depends upon the amount of destruction they cause.

I still have a hard time believing this...I think its more like: "The majority of the Arab countries can't stand the Palestinians and don't want them on their soil" I believe the Palestinians have just been USED by the rest of the Arab world as a Islamic propaganda tool to stir up a frenzy to spread the "peaceful" teachings of Allah. I dont think the Arab world gives a hoot about the Pals, and all this talk about Arab nations joining up with the Pals is just that, talk.

No way...The Iraeli military might makes the rest of the Arab world look like their fighting with slingshots. Even if there was a regional conflict...I'd give it about 2 two weeks before Israel was finished taking care of business.

even with the majority of arab countries, we will stand behind israel in the end, at that leaves the arabs no chance at victory. the deck is stacked against them. men with a couple of mortars and machine guns will not defeat the armies of the western world. no chance.

I'm not so sure about this. The other Arab nations have pretty much ignored the Palies. They don't want them and they don't want to help them, IMO. If they wanted to do so, then they could have arranged for a Palie state on Jordan's western border.

Also, the Arab nations KNOW that Israel has weapons of mass destruction that they will NEVER hesitate to use to protect themselves. I think they would even do pre-emptive strikes if the Arabs look like they are mobilizing. They could easily take out Baghdad where the real bully in all of this resides. He's been paying money to the families of suicide bombers--he recently upgraded the award to $35,000.

Right...behind them and pushing all the way (while they duck). Other than Iraq, no other Muslim country has put themselves in the front of the combat, preferring to let surrogates do their work for them--PLO, PA, Al Aqsa Brigade, Hamas, Hizbollah, etc.

Israel's neigbors have been able to sit back and "stoke the fire" while they maintain memories of getting their butts kicked by the young country the last time they tried to "gang up".

Yes their are many who are "behind" the Pallies. How else could you get your children (the future of your country) to destroy themselves on your behalf unless you were pushing them in the direction that serves your interests best.

This is not to say that the prior humiliation of those countries may not be overcome by attempting a "final solution" to the "Israeli problem", but most of the Arab states now realize that they are a part of the world economy and their actions, regardless of the outcome (re:Israel) will have to deal with its consequences.
