I stand by my assertion that you are in a distinct minority of American women. In fact, from what I remember about adolescence (admittedly a while ago now), teenage girls are positively obsessed about French kissing and how to do it properly.

Not only have I never heard a woman tell me she did not like it, I have never heard of a woman telling my friends, my sister, or anyone else I know that she did not like it, whether from myself or any other man.

In fact, I don't think I have even read about any such thing-- and I do occasionally sneak peeks at my wife's ladies' magazines to see where she gets her ideas about relationships, and bend them to my own wicked purposes.

Interestingly, I do recall seeing a story, probably in Cosmo, about how a woman can signal her man that what she really wants is cunnilingus. Sexy French kissing seemed to play a big part in the strategy.
