Muslim Turks may have accepted some Jews after the reconquest of Spain from the Muslims (for their own benefit) but it didn't take too long for them to butcher millions of Christians living in Asia Minor and the Balkans for a thousand years.

Still hoping that Turkey lead the Islamic world into a new era of peace,prosperity, and religious liberty. Its going to be a tough job ,but someone has got to do it.

I wish the Turks would too. But history and practice proves otherwise. Hardly any Christians left, Turks won't let the Orthodox Christians open the theological school, and worst of all, they refuse to acknowledge the sins of their past and maintain a police state, not to mention the support they provide the Mohamedans in the Balkans.
