So why do you rally around a President sworn to uphold our Constitution while he spits on it, making the USSC create decisions that are political in nature?
Are you that out of touch, Buck; we have a separation of branches here; Bush cannot decide a law is constitutional or not; that's the job of the SC; even if he doesn't sign it, the bill becomes law in 10 days. The Congress passes laws, and Bush either signs them or not. Would you prefer that Bush sign a bill that may turn out to be constitutional? Don't answer that -- I already know what you think about laws.
