Oh my God. Leave it to Ken Starr to present a case the Supreme Court would toss out on it's a--. This is not the person I want to bring this case before the SCOTUS.
Overlooked in all the VRWC smears is the fact Starr won a lot of the legal points. He just couldn't hack the political stuff. One can do far worse than Starr as your advocate before the high court.
As a prosecutor in a politically-charged case, he was in over his head. But as a constitutional lawyer, he's pretty sharp. A former Solicitor General and appeals court judge. Care to bet he knows the court well, and how to win?
This is not the person I want to bring this case before the SCOTUS.With all due respect, D.O., what are your qualifications to judge the skills of a federal apellate attorney?
