My question was simply that I personally do wonder if a SF grand jury would have chosen to indict had the victim not been homosexual... I am not saying they should not have.

I agree they should have been indicted no matter what! But I am telling you SF is the most far removed from reality place I have ever been, the politics of that area of the country are so liberal, Diane Fienstien looks like a conservative to them. This is an area of the country where personal responsibility for many people is a foreign concept... everything is the fault of society or someone else.. they have excuses for any behavior. About the only time these people aren't excusing something is if the victim is part of a politically correct group, such as this case.

My pondering was not a justification of the defense, or signalling that I believe justice was not served by these verdicts... It absolutely was. Far as I am concerned the husband is guilty of murder too! My question is not biggoted but honest pondering. Don't blame me that the bay areas politics are so skewed that reasonable people question events from the area.

She was one hot lesbo...-did that influence the 'Howard Stern' portion of the jury?
