Mischievous animal as a threat to others, I believe, it what they mean by mischievous.

Actually, the trial was held in Los Angeles...slightly less insane than SF.

Holy cow!! Justice in a SAN FRANCISCO COURTROOM!! I'M STUNNED!!

While I absolutely agree with these verdicts... keep in mind the victim was a Lesbian... had she not been, I wonder if the verdict would have been the same.

... and unlike OJ, they are not community heroes.

That's because the dogs chomped a lesbian. I bet these freaks wouldn't have even been charged if the dogs had killed a straight white male.

First the Yates verdict and now this, in an LA courtroom no less! Who besides me thinks there may be a post-9/11 backlash against those who break the law and then portray themselves as the victim? I think people are just not going to be swallowing these ridiculous defenses.

An improperly handled and trained dog and irresponsible owners was the issue.

I think this verdict might get set aside as inconsistent... you can't be guilty of both second degree murder and manslaughter on the same crime/.

They were doing their dogs????

Yup, with photos to their adopted inmate son. Of course, the jury wasn't allowed to know this...
