Zimbabwe and the Global Left |
Why are the Jesse Jacksons and Al Sharptons of the worldwho normally see a racist under every bedsilent over the anti-white and anti-democratic policies of Robert Mugabe in Zimbabwe? continue |
Is this supposed to be a penetrating and thought-provoking question? The Jacksons and Sharptons are there for the Black Race, not the White. They don't care what happens to Whites. And they use the Blacks for their own ends.

I think your post on the other thread was more deserving of publication than this cup of watery tea. ;^)
Mugabe's government is a textbook example of racism and ethnic cleansing, not unlike the former Rhodesia or apartheid South Africa against which Leftists righteously demanded global economic and political sanctions. Where are those Leftists now? Where are Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton - and other Leftist supporters of existing anti-white government preferences in the United States - to call for cutting off trade with racist, Marxist Zimbabwe? (The usual Politically Correct claptrap that "Blacks cannot be racist because they have no power" won't wash in Zimbabwe, where government power is entirely in black hands and whites are less than three percent of the population.)
But Mugabe's dictatorship is arguably worse than even apartheid South Africa, which at least provided democracy for its white citizens. Mugabe now indicates that he aims to confiscate and "redistribute" property owned not only by whites but also commercial property owned by Asians, who were never "colonial oppressors," (and presumably the property of any other non-blacks) living in Zimbabwe. Why should we be surprised? All socialism and Marxism is based on theft. And like his fellow Marxist Fidel Castro, Mugabe encourages the torturing and killing of homosexuals - yet both go uncriticized by the Politically Correct Left. [End Excerpt]
I just think we should move on from critiquing Mugabe's sorry regime to encouraging the overthrow of this Marxist thug.
If one is yet to be convinced of the true nature of this execrable government, I don't know what further evidence would serve to cap the argument.
I've seen no defences of Mugabe's actions, even from the usual suspects.
I pray for the people of Zimbabwe to overthrow, and hopefully hang, this vicious commie cannibal, and his henchmen.
Heads on pikes!
