A great big thank you to the website IrishAbroad.com. To help the BALLAD OF MIKE MORAN effort, they have generously given us a banner at no cost at the top of their website.
To see it, you might have to hit the refresh button several times.
Osama, you know what to kiss.

Whoops, one too many "for's" in the previous response.

Wow, what a coincidence! Hopefully we will continue to be blessed by our grandfathers' good Irish luck; may we always do right by their memory.
Here's to all our Irish ancestors who set sail for freedom and made the American Dream come true for their families.

Yes, indeed. Raise a glass to all those who traveled the Atlantic to come for the promise of freedom, individual liberty, and opportunity. It was a time when people waited their turn in line.
To: Snow Bunny
Thanks for the kind words and for supporting the cause.

Hey, I saw the Fireman Song at irishabroad.com yesterday (I've been contributing to that site for nearly two years now). I'm glad they gave it to you for free! *S*

You get along fine in there though once you realise half the NI contributors are sitting in a PUP office, and the other half in the SF office in Belfast *L*

BTW Doug...just as a matter of interest, did Irishabroad contact you, or vice versa? (It's just I remember posting a link to your fireman song site, on IrishAbroad, shortly after you'd released it). Did you get any responses from that?
How are sales going Btw?

Fantastic!
Bump for IrishAbroad Dot Com and the BALLAD OF MIKE MORAN!!!

Vetnet worked out the deal with IrishAbroad and managed to get a banner ad. I'm pretty sure it was on his initiative or through a contact.
Sales are "fair," about what you would expect by selling it through a website. Despite some good airplay, most of America still does not know about the song. It would be helpful if a record label picked it up or perhaps Bono could sing it. :)

Thanks for the ping, lowbridge.
Cool website...I'm glad they are helping out like this.
Big bump for the brave firemen everywhere!
