Dr. Michael Baden said Vivian died of strangulation, not asphyxiation.
Baden was not allowed to pursue the spattering of Edmond Safra's blood on the panties, bra, and nurse's cap/barrette of Vivian Torrente.
Baden was not allowed to pursue the unidentified male DNA under Edmond Safra's nails.
Baden was not allowed to pursue the knife wounds, occipital bruising, broken toes and facial bruising of Ted Maher.
All this and more Dr. Baden will have ample time to develop during the course of the proceedings of the son and daughter of Vivian Torrente against Lily and her accessories.
Dr. Baden is not among those who believe that Monaco peeing on their legs is the rain claimed by the Prince.
I realize you have all heard Ted got 10 years. I have spent the last couple of weeks quite down. With time served, Ted could be out in two years (but must go before a panel to decide this). With Appeals, he could be out in 6 months. With the track record of Monaco- I am not holding my breath. Basically I have no idea when Ted is coming home.
I am burnt out. I am angry. Angry at life. I realize this is a normal reaction and am trying to get over this. I am still trying to figure out what to say to the kids, trying not to spoil their holiday.
I truly thank you all for being there for me the last three years. My last three years have been totally devoted to Ted and his case. There comes a time when you say "enough." I will always love Ted but will see what happens when/if he gets home. He will always be the father to our children. I will continue to fight for Ted's release, but I have told the lawyer I need to step back a bit and he needs to only update me on an extreme basis.
Ted will be shipped to France in about a month. The 20 minute weekly phone call will stop once he is transferred. This is the children's fourth Christmas without their Dad.
48 hours did a documentary about Ted's trial while I was in Monaco. This should air the first or second week of February. I can not watch it when it airs.
My main reason for writing this is to thank you all for your support/help. I couldn't have made it the last three years without you. You find out who are your true family/friends in times like this. You have all been there for me in your own way and I wanted to thank you.
