There was an article in the Nice-Matin Paper in France September 25, 2002. It was in French and Mr. Manasse, the defense lawyer, did tell Mr. Griffith and Heidi that Ted will stand in front of Monaco's Criminal court for "voluntary arson causing death". He is risking a life sentence! What he didn't tell anyone over here is what is stated by Serdet to the author of this article and is in the article. It states -

CRIMINAL INTENT CONFIRMED IN THE SAFRA CASE

Serdet very clearly states that "the trial will respect the Monegasque form and procedure."

Griffith will be prevented from acting the way it could be done in a U.S. Court is the conclusion of the writer of the article.

In other words, the trial is FIXED with all the lies and cover-up of what truly happened on December 3, 1999. Serdet is admitting in this article that they have no evidence proving Ted is guilty so they have to make a farce of the trial.

DNA excludes Ted from the bodies. The fire report clearly shows multiple ignition sources one hour AFTER Ted was rushed to the hospital for surgery, Drug tests show Ted was NOT on drugs that night (something that the prosecutor, Serdet, in Monaco continues to tell the press). A trial is expected late November or early December.

Ted will be imprisoned three years without a trial in a matter of months. 1020 days in mostly solitary confinement.

As one person states from Monaco, "WE CAN ONLY HOPE AND PRAY THAT THE COURT WILL CONSIDER THE REALITY OF THE FACTS AND DECIDE CONSEQUENTLY, BUT THAT WILL DEPEND ON THE ORDERS THEY WILL RECEIVE."

We already knew they were going to pull that kind of stunt.
Monaco *telegraphed* their intention from the very onset of Ted's nightmare.

Serdet really needs to tell us something we don't know.
I mean, really.
After 1020 torturous days *some* things just become self evident.

Now: we need to let Serdet know something.
Serdet's to be among the *first* to recieve a copy of the book about to be written.
The book which will contain the facts omitted from the blaguer-passer en justice he intends on conducting?

Serdet's copy will, of course, be *gratis* & unsigned.
