Monaco *telegraphed* their intention from the very onset of Ted's nightmare.
"Serdet is admitting in this article that they have no evidence proving Ted is guilty so they have to make a farce of the trial."
Knew that, too.
Serdet really needs to tell us something we don't know.
I mean, really.
After 1020 torturous days *some* things just become self evident.
Now: we need to let Serdet know something.
Serdet's to be among the *first* to recieve a copy of the book about to be written.
The book which will contain the facts omitted from the blaguer-passer en justice he intends on conducting?
Serdet's copy will, of course, be *gratis* & unsigned.

That's right - a book that will tell the truth about December 3, 1999,-- not the lies that Serdet and all of Monaco is telling. They cannot even keep their stories straight.
Think of the characters in the book. The Prince that rules Monaco and is permitting the lies to be told. Remember he had Prince Albert fly out of the country that night because he knew there were assailants there but is now very quiet and going along with the lies. Serdet that stated to the papers that Ted was on drugs and the hospital reports state Negative, negative to drugs and alcohol. Serdet is the prosecuting attorney to this case and he has lied to the media. How can a prosecuting attorney be on a case when he has lied about Ted's drug use to the media? Mr. Blot also made the same statement on his first visit with Ted and he is his defense lawyer. Hospital reports don't lie.
Then there is Sonia Herkrath with her contradictory phone calls. Lots can be said about her and it will be told. She is a puppet to Lily Safra and is being paid dearly to tell her lies. Lily Safra must be paying big bucks to lots of people to keep things quiet. Why? What is she hiding? Will the Defense lawyers call on her to question her at the trial? They should. She was there that night. Will she lie if she does go on the stand? We all know that answer. Why did she pay off the husband of Vivian Torrente instead of letting the insurance company pay? Could it be because the insurance company would investigate what caused the deaths?
Also there were written newspaper articles in Europe that told of the intruders and also that Mr. Safra was shot. We have copies of the papers. Forums in Europe also state that Mr. Safra was shot. They also state that it was heard on the police radios on that morning that Mr. Safra was shot before the fires were even started.
The fires - it is stated in the fire report that the fires started an hour after Ted was in the hospital and they were started in multiple places. How could Ted do that when he was being operated on?
One judge after another. The appeals are not of legal form - just heresay of the judges that are on the case. None of it is legal. They admit that Vivian Torrente had throat trauma but since Ted admitted to the fire, they will not pursue that. Who ever heard of not investigating a murder? Ted only admitted to a fire in a wastebasket to get the smoke alarm to go off. He wouldn't have had to do that if someone had left the burglar alarm connected. It was ordered off in July of 1999 when the C.O. was given. Now did Monaco ever inquire on who ordered it turned off? There is no way that a fire in a wastebasket could radiate to the walls (Ted left it in the middle of the room). This is the fairytale that Monaco is telling. The fire was reported in the newspapers that it was started from the outside terrace. What about the hole in the bullet proof window that the firemen could not penetrate? Could it have been a missle? Too many lies from Monaco.
It is all going to be in a book and it is going to name names. Monaco can lie all it wants - the book will tell the truth and then the world will know. More and more people are getting interested in this case and cannot believe that Monaco is going ahead with this charade.
