Until ownership of the blood DNA excludes everyone but Danielle, and DNA on Danielle proves BEYOND A DOUBT whodunnit, until then, doubts and suspicion overwhelm the "evidence".
Sorry, don't think so, there is a huge difference between "reasonable" doubt and no doubt. Danieles blood in RV and on his clothes, scratches on his arms, etc etc... or the 6 people locked in the garage, planted the evidence on the neighbor.
