The politicians won't fund illegal alien health care since they know its a politically unpopular vote to cast. They already do. Check out any local county health center, at least here in NC that is.

I hear you. I know. It's a major problem. When you get right down to it, we really don't have a representative form of government in this nation.

I realize that this is a serious problem other places. It's just that I have witnessed whole regions of my state turn to what is essentially a foreign onclave. When I go to the DMV, out of about 200 people, I am generally only one of less than three whites in the place. It looks like I've just fallen into a mixture of Calcutta, San Philipe and the Kasbah. As for as I am concerned, from the first dollar we're spending too much tax dollars on the illegal.

Most of the costs incurred by illegal aliens (education & health care) are mandated by the federal government. This is a federal responsibility as they have done nothing to control the problem.

I understand the Border patrol are told NOT to take the guys they catch to a hospital with broken bones etc. Just get them back to Mexico..The BP has to pay those bills.. (you and me folks)and that does not make the higher ups happy
The ones that bother me are the illegals that come here to give birth and have a US citizen as a kid (Unification act ya know...welfare and ADC and food stamps and wick...all the welfare goodies) I say the child should have the citizenship of the mother..we need a new law on that!
Mom safely delivered needs the first bus back home with her new Mexican child!

"We admitted a patient to our hospital. Services were provided. Complications set in and we soon found ourselves with a patient that we couldn't get rid of. The patient's bill was capitated by the state. We recieved some stipend for the proper charge code, then we were on our own. Because complications had set in, the hospital's legal staff was reluctant to discharge this patient against his wishes. Being an indigent patient, this person determined that they had life easier on the inside, rather than if they were discharged. Over nine to fifteen months, can't remember the exact term of this patient's "visit", they ran up a tab of over $450,000. This patient was one of the biggest A.H.s on the face of the planet. They made demands that would have led any normal person want to... Their family came to visit. They'd come in with suitcases. They'd leave with suitcases filled with linens and anything else that wasn't tied down."

"Blacks and Latinos should vote for higher taxes, levied progressively on everyone, to finance public services." and also "The only realistic way to alter the negative effect of Mexican influence on California, then, is to change the nature of its origin by legalizing immigration and giving foreigners the right to vote in state and local elections."

Ted Kennedy Welcomes Terror Sympathizers
"Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1990, sponsored by Sen. Ted Kennedy, D-Mass.
"For example, Section 9 of the departments Foreign Affairs Manual instructs consular officers that "only statements that directly further or abet the commission of a terrorist act may properly constitute a basis for denying a visa. It goes on to warn that statements merely "approving a specific terrorist act, and asserting that such acts should be repeated, do not render an applicant ineligible.
In other words, an applicant cannot be denied a visa solely because he leads daily "Death to America rallies, praises the Sept. 11 terrorists as martyrs and calls for more of the same. He can be excluded only if his statements "directly further or abet a particular terrorist act.

George W. Bush: No Amnesty for Immigrants - "There's going to be no amnesty"
President sprinkles Spanish into his pitch to Hispanic business leaders - "We've got a spirit of amistad," "And one way to do that is to pass 245I, which will allow for families to be reunited."

Indeed, the vast majority of all aliens in the U.S. live in just six states - Kalifornia, New York, Illinois, Texas, Florida, and New Jersey. Why should people of 44 other states - all in Red Nation - be taxed to run a continuous subsidy program so that the grandees of six states, all but one or two in Blue Nation, can have "cheap labor?"Because if something doesn't shake the folks in the other 44 out of their tupor re: illegal immigration it will become a nationwide problem, and soon.
Maybe coughing up a few bucks will give you folks some pause for thought.
