FWIW: There are people who cross the street with the light. There are those who go to the end of the line and wait. There are those who get car insurance. There are those who pay for their children's education. There are those who pay for their own medical care, or purchase insurance. There are those who go to an embasey, fill out the paperwork and wait their turn. And there are those that do none of these things.
