I believe it was just yesterday that FoxNews or some source (I review a number of broadcast sources) mentioned that the Philippines is becoming the center of radical Moslem activity. They might like to know about this guy. Who knows what he might be mixed up in? Somebody's paying his way here and there...
They [the FBI] might like to know about this guy. They were probably the quiet guy sitting by himself in the fifth row of chairs. They might even have helped set up the sound system.
OTOH, the INS might like to know about this guy, and your local State Department office. Activities inconsistent, don't y'know.
