Can a man have post-partum depression? No. Are men more likely to kill after they've killed once? Yes. There goes the factors that cause a decision for life. It's logical. Or, do you think men and wmen are the same?

From
Cornerstone Church:
Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit
Question: Im worried that I may have committed blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. How can I know if I committed this sin?
Answer:
Jesus said, "Truly I say to you, all sins shall be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they utter; but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin"because they were saying, "He has an unclean spirit." (Mark 3:28-30)
The scribes committed blasphemy when they attributed the miracles of Jesus to the devil instead of the Holy Spirit. They said that Jesus was possessed by the devil and cast out demons by the power of Satan (Mark 3:22).
Some Bible scholars believe that this particular sin could only be committed while Christ was on earth because the scribes said that Jesus was possessed by Satan. They witnessed, with their own eyes, the perfect Son of God performing miracles by the Spirit of God. In other words, this sin cant be duplicated today simply because Jesus is no longer on earth in His physical body. The reason Jesus gave this warning was "because they were saying, He (Jesus) has an unclean spirit."
Many people are afraid that they may have committed the unpardonable sin. The scribes were so embittered and hardened of heart that they werent the least bit concerned about their own spiritual condition. The fact that you are concerned that you may have blasphemed the Holy Spirit is proof that you have NOT committed this sin. A person who could commit the unpardonable sin wouldnt care.

Why does she get the possibility of parole after 40 years? What does it take to get life without parole? Geesh.
To: Sir Gawain
Don't think it's available under Texas law. But relax, she won't leave prison alive. You can take it to the bank.

They followed the law. They all say that, just like with the Clintons. It's rather tiring. Have you ever heard of "justice" ?

Agree-- "back after high-school". RY just blotted out the last twenty years of his life, so he can move on. I'm appalled, but we can get Dr. Phil's take on all this-- I'm sho Oprah will talk about it by Tuesday. Maybe they'll even get RY on the show. He can tell us then, when the book's coming out.

But that's it! He can HAVE more children. They seem very disposable in Rusty's mind...

Its the Holy Spirit. When I was talking with the guy that had done this, he gave me the verse, and I looked it up. It's the Holy Spirit.
Just looked it up:
Luke 12:10
And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven.
Mark 3:28-29
28 Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:
29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation.

The trick is to ask them after they've served 40 for killing children. You may get a different answer.
To: iconoclast
you know the liberal media-- give anybody a rope, and they'll hang themselves. This was a circus-- the one decent point RY made was that he was GAGGED. Now that he's not, it's time to pay closer attention.

"Do you understand that AY will be ordered by the court to take her medication while in prison?"I don't understand it. Can you provide a source for this? There was testimony that drug treatment in prison would be at her option.
To: Sir Gawain
Thanks for the link. I have tried to convince my friend that he was ok, be he wouldn't listen, and just felt he was condemned.... Can't wait to send him the link and what you posted!! I just knew there had to be a way to prove to him that he was ok! Thanks much!! (Hugs to ya!)

"The trick is to ask them after they've served 40 for killing children. You may get a different answer."If a 40-year stretch is so intolerable, so much worse than death, then why do these inmates complete those sentences? If they want to kill themselves, who's going to stop them? It's as easy as jumping off a tier or getting in a homeboy's face. Do you realize how many of these lifers grow old in prison, develop all sorts of medical problems? And yet still they cling to life. Very few indeed will commit suicide.
To: rintense
I don't doubt that everyone consoled RY with the idea of being able to have more children-- even AY. He was suprised by the charges-- and the verdict-- he probably thought they would move on and have more children. Well, looks like he's moving on.

I don't think this cretin ever wanted a wife. He wanted a brood mare.

I don't understand it. Can you provide a source for this? There was testimony that drug treatment in prison would be at her option. Boo-boo. Forgot that the ACLU was in Texico protecting her rights to her mental illness. Someone out there know if AY's going to be forced to take her meds?
To: a_witness
Just because the Clintons say they followed the law doesn't make t true. The jury didn't push the law, bend it, warp it, or distort it; they follwed it to the letter. If you don't like the decision, try to have the law changed. But instead, you want them to twist it.
To: yoe
She was deliberate in her successful efforts to kill her children trying to prove to her husband, doctor and minister she needed help. That is what you consider to be the motivation behind the murder? I think you just proved the case for the defense.
A sane and deliberate requires a motive, the one you gave is about the weakest I have ever heard. If the woman wanted help, why did she stop taking the medication?

What you need to realize is that "the law" and "justice" are not inherently the same thing.
Which brings up the question: Should we be a nation of laws or a nation of justice?
