The subject is how to take back the Senate for the GOP in the Nov. 2000 election. Maybe you're not interested in getting that accomplished. If you are, you should be interested in having the strongest GOP candidate recruited against vulnerable Dem incumbents. In MT, Racicot is by far the strongest candidate. He's letting down the party and the country by not running in a race that could tip the balance for the GOP - and prevent Leahy and Daschle for blocking Pickering and other judge nominees.
