That's the body of a Palestinian who was accused of collaborating with Israelis. After he was beaten to death by the Palestinians, his body was hung by its heels in front of a poster of Yasser Arafat. I can't remember what city in the West Bank this occurred.

I remember the caption for that photo. Was something along the lines of "Palestinian youth stabs the dead body of a collaborator". The dead man was killed then strung up. In this photo you can see the grinning pumpkin head of Arafat.
