The one in the leopard printed dress is Andrea Corr, with her sister Sharon beside her.
Along with their other sister, and brother, they are the Irish band, 'The Corrs'.

The girls are excellent singers and musicians.

Thank you, rintense! I really have a weakness for President Bush in a navy blue suit and light green tie. Sigh.

By my mark and my monitor, I'd say only about 4 or 5 do they actually look blue. Even those are a stretch, however. As for green, I'd say even fewer. Hazel or even brown, seem much more prevalent.

As you know, I have been all over the map regarding W's eyes so I have to go with Laura's assessment. She says they are blue.

For the record, I would prefer green - like my husband's.
