No, I don't think He created a static, unchanging universe.

Caught you!

So the universe (which our world is part of!) may be taken as fixed - unchanging!

I assert that there are certain fixed aspects to the universe -

- like The Law of Conservation of Energy which states:

"Energy may neither be created nor destroyed."

Since matter really *is* energy - we have reached an absolute and unchanging waypoint.

I also assert that God assembled and created the 'set of rules' by which energy became matter - THIS, my friend, is INTELLIGENT DESIGN.

Most of you guys just set your sights WAY too low ...

You seem to believe in what must be a 'simple god' -

- whereas I believe in an infinite and POWERFUL, ALL-KNOWING God with limitless ability ...

Caught you!...

No, you didn't. You asked about the universe, as a whole. You then take a one or two specific rules and say I disagree with them. The universe, as a whole, is not static.

Now, if you want to play word games instead of intelligently debate, I will no longer repsond.

I used to work with a woman who believed God existed within time. God saw events unfold as we did.

We were unable to come to a common understanding of her belief.
