OFF TO THE OFFICE, HERE GOES THE COMMUTE....Some questions until back on line in an hour or so.....
1. IF DW had done anything wrong in the RV, if he was concerned about evidence of that little girl in the RV, wouldn't he have cleaned it thoroughly?
2. There were fingerprints on the cabinets and windows from 3 girls. THREE! Obviously not all from that night and can't be dated. DW didn't wipe the place down very well, not even the obvious surfaces.
3. If he had held a child prisoner in there, I would think he would have been very concerned about fingerprints.
4. That RV had no odor of cleansers... that IS important.
5. No hair or fiber evidence in there - why? She had recently had a haircut - - where are the short hairs?
6. The single drop of blood - - I see problems with that as well. That technician went to the RV on the 5th, 6th and 8th. By then there had been several cops in there. The risk of cross contamination was NOT addressed early on.
Don't get me wrong folks. If DW is dirty, then he needs to fry.
But....if the VD couple are involved somehow.......Like "Little Kimmie" I am still very much on the fence. LOL

If Westerfield is the perp, I don't want him to get off like OJ did. But if the Van Dams had any contributory part in what took place that evening, they should be held accountable. I trust Feldman to go after them, he has to...and they can PROVE their innocense, just like Westerfield has to.

"That RV had no odor of cleansers... that IS important."Especially in light of what the SDPD told the press. What ever happened to the "so much clorox it confused the dogs) story? It really makes them look bad. I think what is going on here is that they are trying to pump up the case a little bit, but it's those kinds of shenanigans--if that's what they are--that will lose them their case. People hate being lied to, once they find out.

It is said that "fence sitters" eventually have to fall off on one side or the other. Till then, we keep an open mind.

What were the DNA tests that were done? How many loci were matched?

This has been my gut feeling all along. I hope I'm wrong.
