My experiences working right beside of them in the fields for about 10 summers, is quite different.

Perhaps it's the differenece between city people and country people that makes our experiences unalike. I think that difference often outweighs other cultural conflicts. It's the the red/blue difference on the 2000 election maps. Not racial or ethnic, but city vs small town and country.
