Perhaps it's the differenece between city people and country people that makes our experiences unalike. I think that difference often outweighs other cultural conflicts. It's the the red/blue difference on the 2000 election maps. Not racial or ethnic, but city vs small town and country.

Probably. I think that cuts across all nationalities and ethnicities. (Even displaced Yanquis can learn to like rural living)
