This guy nailed it. Even if some of the shots go wild and hit a passenger or two, personally I'd rather be shot by the pilot inside an intact airliner than experience the horrific terror of riding along with it into a skyscraper or the ground at top speed, the resulting fireball, etc.
It's beyond frustrating to have to listen to guys like Ridge and Mineta, who are serving in an allegedly conservative administration, bleat out the stupidest kind of PC nonsense. Even the Liberal DemocRATS couldn't do any worse than this on purpose.
