Just 18 million? Don't forget that Bush has promised to reunite the families. Figuring a family of four, (husband or wife and 2 kids) this figure could easily soar to 72 million. The government isn't flaunting that figure are they?

I'm sure that none of these "reunited family" members would apply for any type of welfare program. The Bush proposal to extend food stamp benefits to aliens would certainly be unnecessary for these new Republican voters.
