I called Tom Tancredo's office and ask if he was going to demand a recorded vote and they said yes he is. So, now we will know which members will be responsible for rewarding law breakers post 9-11.

According to the Wash. Times the 245I vote will be cloaked, meaning that the reps vote will NOT be recorded. The numbersUSA site is indicating that the votes will be recorded. See Below:

The House is scheduled to vote on the Section 245(i) amnesty next Tuesday (March 12). Although the White House had been pushing to have the House pass 245i without a vote by attaching it in Conference Committee to an authorization bill, it now appears there will be a roll call vote on the issue.
