Actually they are a nice looking young couple. If you clik on the link at the top of the story (where is says Baltimore Sun) you can get a look at them. Of course Mr. Schultz doesn't look like that any more. Rifle projectiles have a way of assuring that.

As to dating a child; maybe she is almost 17; maybe that is for the young lady and her parents to decide. It certainly is not for me to do so.

It's possible that last month the ages were a 19 y.o. dating a 16 y.o.. That wouldn't sound as bad, but still a spread of 3 years at those ages is a much bigger deal than 27 and 30.
