An Eagle Scout who was mistaken for a bank robber and shot in the face by an FBI agent in Pasadena on Friday remained in serious but stable condition at Maryland Shock Trauma Center last night.
Joseph Charles Schultz, 20, was shot at close range about 6 p.m. Friday when FBI agents searching for a bank robbery suspect pulled over his girlfriend's car.
Schultz, who lives in the 7900 block of Seabreeze Drive in Orchard Beach in Anne Arundel County and works with fiber optics for a local medical company, has no connection to the bank robbery, officials said.

But then good people (aka constitutional loving Americans) don't care when they see injustice , coverups and wrong doing.......... "they " speak up and know a little blood ,sweat, grief and tears must also be encountered even on the homefront of the fight against such crap. They try and do right anyway, no matter what the outcome for their personal or financial potential for ruin and for those few I am grateful.
For those FLEAS/LEOS who lie , cheat and violate the constitutional oath they swore upon to protect I hope they get paid back soon. For those that make an honest mistake, pay for that mistake like the average citizen would have to. If it means getting employment as a flag man on a road crew then fine , if it means doing time in prison then fine also. Their attitude of elitism above John Q. Citizen makes them no better than the criminals they are supposed to be seeking IMHO.
Sorry for the rant , but trusting a LEO "should" be the standard for all law abidding citizens. Hell I'm a former deputy and the crop of idiots being passed off as certified and commissioned these days for the better part is a friggin joke.............
