Ok....thanks for clarifying. That's when he was asking her to hook him up with girlfriends? The news reports called it a restaurant with bar..that's a big difference.

Of course, if it's a bar that sells dive hamburgers..that's one thing. But I seriously doubt it considering the kind of money they made.

ALL accounts and reports of neighbors, friends, family and school mates say that the kids were well taken care of , that the mom was extremely active in her kids lives as most moms in that area are..so... I don't see a problem yet.

I don't know your morals or norms, but I find it less than admirable that a married mother of three is frequenting a bar without her husband and meeting other men.

I don't care if she says it was to introduce her girlfriends or not. Good mothers are usually home with their children except for an occasional social outing. The bar trips seem more than occasional and less than innocent.

Description: Dad's sounds more inviting than it is when you enter. The game room and bar area don't seem very family friendly, but if you venture further in, you'll find a pleasant separate dining room and a very nice enclosed porch. The place is really jumping at night, when they have dancing, or when sports fans fill the bar area.

Recommended Dishes: Dad's real claim to fame is that kids eat free (one free child's meal with every adult). Most of the starters and several of the entrees as well — are geared for the drinking crowd (beer-battered chicken tenders, chili cheese steak fries, and the like).

The specialty list includes steaks and prime rib, homemade meatloaf (prepared fresh daily), baby back ribs with "private reserve" barbeque sauce, and chicken Florentine. Portions are definitely he-man sized, and there are several hearty sandwiches offered for lunch, including turkey Reuben, prime rib, tuna, and avocado melt — all low priced. Big breakfasts (served all day long) are another hallmark of Dad's, and the omelets and pancakes are very popular.
