He was SCREAMING "THEY ARE ALL DEAD?!??! WHAT??!! OH MY GOD?!?!?" And the police could hardly hold him back. His wife just kind of crumpled to the ground. That is an authentic reaction. I was instantly in tears and just wailed for about 20 minutes at the sight.

Wow, a parents worst nightmare. My wife would stop breathing and die. I'd probably kill the nearest person to me hoping to be shot dead.

Now that they have a body they can really get to the root to who was responsible for this by the victimology.

The location of the dump site shows that the individual is a disorganized killer. The perp took the time to move the body to a remote area yet didn't do anything to hide the body once it was dumped (This is assuming that animals didnt dig her up). This could even be a case where the perp didn't have any intension of killing Danielle. The intension could have been just a sexual assault that go out of hand as the killer tried to manafest their fantasy. (Don't get me wrong, if his intension was not to kill that doesn't make it OK).

In most cases where a family member is involved in the crime the body will have been covered in someway. This is a subconscience method of remorse or even a parental instinct at times. If the killer depersonalized the victim then they will tend to not cover the body. They dispose of the victim as if they were throwing away trash (This is because they no longer veiw the victim as human.)

As to the length of time it took to find the body, all I can say is have you ever dropped a screw or an earring on the carpet. It can be a nightmare to find sometimes. Same thing here.

These are just some observations a have from following this tragedy. A good book to read that gives some insight into how these sickos think is Mind Hunter by John Douglas.

If we know what to look for we can protect out children and prevent these things from happening as often.
