Since normal people outnumber SADs roughly 44 to 1 it is expected that there would be numerically more cases of hetersexual molestation, however, a typical SAD is about 40 times more likely to molest than a typical healthy person. Additionally a SAD is likely to have significantly more victims per molester (as much as 5 to hundreds of times greater numbers)
