Jeff - I want to order from you so the book will be signed. However, I'm having trouble with the order form - - don't know if it's a "bug" or not. I put my address in, I'm from Virginia, and I choose "United States" as the country. When I hit the calculate button, I get the error message " US state not allowed for non-US country". Don't know what's going on...your help is much appreciated.....if this can't be fixed, I'll order through Amazon and maybe someday, you'll sign it for me when your rich and famous and making an east-coast signing tour!!

I'm afraid my self-learned scripting skills are running into incompatibilities with some browsers.

Jeff- I had the same problem with the web site.

Duck- Just put the check in the mail, book will show up.

Finished reading a couple of weeks ago. Great read, but half way through, realizied it would evolve into a multi-book read. Waiting for the rest.
