current scientific evidence does not seem to support a link between breast cancer and abortion.I don't know if the above is correct but I'll bet the people who are claiming this are the same ones who will believe anything supporting an enviornmental cause is "scientific" evidence.

LOL. There are probably entirely different scientists leading the global warming charge, but I'd bet that your right that these scientists probably believe in global warming.

The other side has their preferred studies as well in a scientific and political debate that has raged for years. Joel Brind, a biochemist at Baruch College in New York who is opposed to abortion and notably vocal on the correlation between breast cancer and abortion, will testify for Mattson at the Mad River trial. He contends that the majority of studies show a link between the two and that the institute presents "lies and inconsistencies" on the topic. A scientist who believes there is a link is identified as being opposed to abortion, while no scientist who denies a link is identified in any manner pro or con abortion. Is there a bias in this story? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?

Estimated 43 Percent of Women Will Have Abortion by Age 45 Doesn't mention that the "estimate" was made by Planned Parenthood.

Did you read this article? Do you understand how these studies work, and how reporting bias can screw results?

Who cares about this study when they are murdering babies?

There is an even better reason to not have an abortion and I will present it here:For the strong among you try This link
Think about Live Birth Abortion because its going on right now.
Dr. Tiller specializes in Late term Abortion.
Many patients request a remembrance of their baby to take home with them. when they have Late Abortion Care.
At Women's Health Care Services, our Fetal Indication Termination of Pregnancy program involves managing the pregnancy by the premature delivery of a stillborn. On the first day of the process, an injection of a medication is made into the baby to assure that it will be stillborn.

What Abortion looks like
If you have trouble seeing these pictures then I suggest you need to

Picture Jesus ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello? Is this the Rotweiler Womans Progressive Health center? It is? Is Dr. Tiller there? He is? Can you give him a message? You will? What? No! I'm not a patient but I need to talk to him about my Mommy. Yes, Yes thats right I'll hold.
Dr Tiller? Hi My Name is Sheri and you saw my mommy in there a couple of years ago! Yes she's fine. No you didn't get to give her an abortion. No, she is OK. No, those Religious people talked to her after her first visit to you and she was drawn to Jesus Christ. I just wanted you to know if it where up to me you would be on trial for murder! Hello? Hello? Dr. Tiller?
Dang he hanged up on me!

This whole issue (including the "recall bias" crap) makes me really mad! They apparently think women are a bunch of ignorant slobs who can't be trusted with information. They want to keep women as dumbed-down as possible. From a strictly consumer-rights view, it seems obvious women should be given ALL THE FACTS so they can make an informed decision. Duh! Suppose . . . say . . . 10 out of 15 studies showed a link between abortion and breast cancer. Wouldn't you want to know - especially if you had other risk factors to consider? Just common sense. For victory & freedom!!!
To: syriacus
Go to www.AbortionBreastCancer.com to read about the link. I'm one of the plaintiffs in a lawsuit against Planned Parenthood. We're not asking for money; just that PP tell the truth so women can make informed decisions. Why is that so controversial? For victory & freedom!!!

"Hello, my name is Jessica and I'm 9 years old. My mom has had some abortions already but this time when she told us she's pregnant again, I begged and pleaded with her not to have an abortion. I don't think it's right to kill babies. Anyway, my mom decided to have the baby. I feel good that I saved the baby's life. I think my baby brother or sister will have a special purpose on this earth."FReepers, this little girl actually exists and has been responsible for saving a life. Thought you'd like to know. For victory & freedom!!!

A false-advertising lawsuit filed against the clinic by Amy Jo Mattson, a local pro-life activist, claims that the brochure deceives women. A bump for Amy Jo Mattson for filing this lawsuit!
To: Khepera
FreePaul apparently has a question about what supports a link and what doesn't. Maybe you should ask him/her your question.
To: Saundra Duffy
You could do a study right now about people who had car accidents yesterday, and find that, oh, say, 98% of them consumed a dairy product within 6 hours of the car wreck.
And you could repeat that study and get the same results 10 out of 15 times.
But reasonable people would not draw a link between the dairy products and car accidents.
The parameters of the studies DO matter, especially if you are looking to provide "facts".
To: patent
the weight of current scientific evidence does not seem to support a link... Well, maybe if you took your finger off the scale...

Judge to Rule on Abortion, Breast Cancer Link I am so glad that scientific questions are now being decided by judges instead of dumb ol' doctors and scientists. The only thing better would be for us to get to vote on 'em! < /sarcasm >
